Whack Away… Come on, HARDER!

So, I refined the discovery of my latest workout addition and am loving it thus far. Exercising the body and getting full use of all your muscles sure does feel good. And in keeping with my grand plan to care for your body- your temple. Keeps your energy levels higher and your mood better. But, before I am run away with just how great exercise is, let me just go on with my original thought. The tire/sledgehammer workout! Alot of you may already incorporate this into your workout routines, but if not, I recommend it. Hey, it can even be a little fun- while maybe even relieving some stress through those hard whacks! Now, please don’t go out and try this if you’re not already an active person, for you could definitely hurt yourself. But, it’s another great workout that doesn’t require a gym or fancy equipment. Making use of everything at your disposal if you don’t have the fancy equipment and a gym is great work for the mind too. Get creative. Carry a chair when you do lunges. Throw down a deflated basketball as hard as you can. And it won’t bounce back into your face! So anyway, all you need is a tire and a sledgehammer to achieve some good overall strength training. Plus, don’t just use your arms and hands to do all of the work, get your whole body into the motion. Use your abs, your legs. Stay loose, get a good rhythm going and whack away. (Again, please don’t go out and try this if you’re not used to intermediate physical activity.) Phew, now didn’t that feel good?!
